Send Your Drawing
Any one of these is enough to start:
- A released drawing — PDF, STEP, IGES, DXF or DWG
- An approved sample, or photographs of a worn component with its dimensions
- A written specification of the component and its application
A complete enquiry includes the drawing or sample, material and quantity, the application and delivery expectation, and any critical tolerance or inspection requirement. An NDA can be arranged before detailed technical exchange. Drawings are held privately and reviewed only by the Nylo-Tef team.
Frequently Asked Questions
- What can I send to get a quote?
- A released drawing (PDF, STEP, IGES, DXF or DWG), an approved sample, photographs of a worn component with its dimensions, or a written specification of the component and its application. Any one of these is enough to start.
- Do you make to a catalogue, or to my drawing?
- Made to your drawing. Nylo-Tef is not a catalogue supplier — we review your drawing, sample or specification for manufacturability, select the process, manufacture the component, inspect it against the drawing, and deliver it identified and packed.
- Which materials can you work with?
- Engineering plastics including Nylon (PA6 / PA66), Cast Nylon, Acetal / POM, UHMWPE, HDPE, Polypropylene, ABS, PTFE and PEEK, and metals including mild steel, stainless steels (SS 304, SS 316 / 316L, SS 410, SS 420), alloy steel, aluminium, brass and phosphor bronze — or other grades specified on your drawing.
- What quantities do you produce?
- From a single prototype or replacement component, through small and medium batches, to repeat production against agreed schedules. Quantities are quoted per requirement and lead time is confirmed with the quotation.
- Can an NDA be put in place first?
- Yes. An NDA can be arranged before detailed technical exchange. Drawings are held privately and reviewed only by the Nylo-Tef team.
- How do repeat orders stay consistent?
- Through batch identification: a re-order arrives interchangeable with the set already on your machine — the same drawing revision, the same inspection requirements, the same fit.
