We are not a catalogue supplier. You send a drawing, an approved sample, or a specification — we review it for manufacturability, select the process, manufacture the component, inspect it against the drawing, and deliver it identified and packed.

Machined Components — CNC Turning & VMC Machining
Turned and milled components produced for dimensional accuracy, concentricity, fit and repeatability. CNC turning covers rotational parts; VMC machining covers prismatic parts requiring milling, drilling and tapping to drawing geometry.

Machining is also applied to engineering polymers, finished to specification where the component’s function or quantity suits machining over moulding rather than tooling.
